Hello, i bought a 2006 2.7 diesel S-type with just on 100,000 miles 4 months ago. Superb car, but it has a !Removed! fault which is proving difficult to sort. Intermittently, usually if i accelerate fairly hard uphill, the orange light glows and 'rp' shows on the message centre.

It's an easy 10 min. job, The filter is behind the plastic windscreen closing panel (on passenger side). The Zahnriemen belt is an aftermarket one and not OE as it doeesnt have an OE part number just the aftermarket equivalent number so cheaper but will it last. The special tools needed are to lock the flywheel in place and camshaft timing pins when fitting the belt AFAIK. nN5O3.
